This is a group assessment. Students will collaboratively write a manuscript describing the final design of their autosampler.
Please follow the author guidelines for the DIY Oceanography section of Oceanography when preparing your final paper with the following specifications:
Sections should include: (1) Background, (2) System Overview, (3) Materials and Costs, (4) Assembly Steps, (5) System Performance including sub sections on (a) Power Consumption, (b) Calibration and (c) Data Quality, (6) Proposed Field Application Example, (7) Potential Education and Outreach Applications, (8) Modifications and Future Development and (9) Conclusions.

Although not required, students are encouraged to submit each section listed above to the instructor by the goal dates in the Course Schedule to receive feedback prior to submission of the final manuscript.
